Forgot your Norton password?
Use password recovery on the official Norton sign-in page. Follow the message sent to your registered inbox. This website cannot reset an account.
My subscription is missing. What should I check?
Compare the signed-in account email with your receipt. Check any app-store or service-provider receipt too. Contact official support if you still cannot locate the purchase.
Are login, activation and installation the same?
Login opens an account. Activation links a purchase to supported software or an account. Installation puts the application onto a device. Opening a website alone does not install protection.
Do I need to redeem a key again to reinstall?
An active subscription already linked to your account normally provides its own download. Check that subscription before redeeming the same key again.
